About me

Tom Hollis, MSc, PGDip, SENr, CiRF

With 12 years of specialist clinical experience, including a decade in the NHS, I am a leading expert in sports nutrition and running coaching. As a Registered Dietitian and UK Athletics qualified Running Coach, I combine my professional expertise with personal success at the sub-elite level, regularly securing podium finishes and representing England Masters in the marathon.
